License Agreement

This License Agreement applies to Computer Reporter by Motivate Systems® and all associated material, hereby referred to as simply Computer Reporter.

When you install, extract, copy, or execute Computer Reporter you in turn agree to the terms of this agreement.

You may not give, transfer, redistribute or sell copies of Computer Reporter at anytime.

Except for initial setup outlined in the Administration Guide, you may not modify, manipulate, duplicate procedure, decrypt, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or investigate the internals of Computer Reporter. The source code of Computer Reporter is not included. Any attempt to access the source code is in violation of this agreement. All rights are reserved by MotivateSystems. These rights are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

IMPORTANT:

ALL SOFTWARE AND ASSOCIATED MATERIAL DISTRIBUTED BY MOTIVATE SYSTEMS® IS PROVIDED "AS IS".

WE URGE YOU TO TEST THOROUGHLY ON NON-PRODUCTION SYSTEMS BEFORE ANY OTHER USE.
